Student Broadcast Association

The Student Broadcasting Association (SBA) is a student lead broadcasting group that produces campus footage, event coverage, radio broadcasts and more.

Students do not have to be Communication majors or have prior broadcast experience to be in the SBA. Each member will gain skills in camera operation and technique on brand new HD digital cameras, TV studio shoots, live event coverage, lighting and audio techniques, and fundamental editing skills on Adobe and Final Cut.

Here is the SBA's video entry for the 2010 Super Bowl Doritos Commercial Contest.

The SBA interview program "Student Spotlight" looks at student organizations and campus activities.

SBA members interested in sports broadcasting can be found on-air commentating at Hanover football and basketball games. They also produce a sports news program "What's the Score?"

Hanover College Radio
